Housing

The college maintains a selected list of housing where students may live while in attendance at USC. If a student desires help in selecting housing, a staff member will accompany the student while making a selection. Costs of housing vary depending on the type of accommodations.

Living

Students at the Utica School of Commerce may have other expenses during their course of study. For those students who drive, indoor parking is available at the Utica Campus on a first-come, first-served basis for a semester fee. For those who utilize City of Utica transportation, bus passes are available through the UTA.

For transportation and parking facilities at Canastota or Oneonta, contact the Branch Director. Although it is difficult to determine exactly how much students will spend on social activities and lunches, one could expect to spend up to $300 a semester for these items.
