Getting Help with USC's Distance Learning

  • If you are having problems logging into Blackboard or accessing your email, follow the getting help steps listed below right away.

  • If you are having problems in your course.  Your first contact should be with your instructor.  In most cases your instructor can correct problems quickly and assist you in the course better than the IT department.
