Access the Blackboard login by navigating to the USC Home page on the
web at
http://www.uscny.edu. click "USC Online" -
click "Credit". At this page you can download any of the
plug-ins that you need. The plug-ins are located on the right
side of the page. (Scroll Down for all
the steps)
After
you have all your plug-ins loaded click "Blackboard Login" on the
lower left side of the page.
You are now ready to
login to Blackboard. Take a moment to bookmark this page in your web
browser as it will make it faster to access your course. (If you are
using Internet Explorer you can bookmark this page by clicking
favorites on the tool bar and select add to favorites.)
DO NOT
Create an account if you can not login, using the information below
only accounts created
by USC have access to the USC online courses.

Log
in to Blackboard using your username
(Your username is your USC email address) and password (your temporary
password
is "uscny08".) If you are
successful You will see a screen
similar to the one below.
If you do not have a
username and password and you are registered for an online course
or are having problems logging in, please contact James Buyea at jbuyea@uscny.edu, or phone 315.733.2309
x2219. or complete an online request for assistance buy "Clicking
Here". You can
also contact your local campus for assistance.
You are now
ready to enter and begin your course.
Click on
"Using Blackboard"
for an introduction to starting your online course. |
