USC staff see student success as own success
USC believes in student success and that each student has life circumstances and needs that require individualized
With two intimate campuses - Utica and Canastota - and with average class sizes of fewer than 10, USC faculty and staff have the time and flexibility to ensure each student's individual needs are being met.
"I personally see each student's success as my success," says admissions counselor Brian Ross. "That's why right from the start during the admissions process, I'm committed to meeting students no matter what point they're in in their lives, whether it's choosing the right field of study or creating a class schedule that fits their specific life circumstances."
